the primary Earth Day on April 22, 1970, activated 20 million individuals from all walks of life and is widely credited with launching the cutting-edge environmental movement. The passage of the landmark smooth Air Act, easy Water Act, Endangered Species Act and plenty of other groundbreaking environmental legal guidelines quickly accompanied. twenty years later, Earth Day went international, mobilizing 2 hundred million people in more than 190 nations and lifting environmental issues onto the arena level.
